Eloise Mumford is an American actress. She was born on 24 September 1986 in Olympia, Washington.

She graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in 2009, having studied with the Atlantic Theatre Company. Mumford appeared in the television series Lone Star (2010) and The River (2012).

She played Kate Kavanagh in the Fifty Shades of Grey film series (2015, 2017, 2018) and has had roles in Chicago Fire and Cross (2024).
