Biography
Elvy Yost, born Laura Vivian Yost on 23 December 1987 in Los Angeles County, California, is an American actress and casting director.
She is known for her television roles as Sigrid in the 2011 miniseries Mildred Pierce, Megan in The Office (2005), Sophie Novak in The Catch (2016–2017) and Isabelle in Resident Alien (2021–2024). Film credits include Bandslam (2009), Oldboy (2013), The Circle (2017), A Futile and Stupid Gesture (2018) and Mank (2020).
Yost has also worked as a casting director and appeared in off-Broadway theatre, including the 2011 production of Black Tie.
