Biography
Emil Minty is an Australian former child actor and jeweller. Born in Sydney in 1972, he played The Feral Kid in the 1981 film Mad Max 2.
He had no spoken lines in the role. Subsequent credits include minor parts in Fluteman (1982) and The Winds of Jarrah (1983), and appearances in episodes of the television series A Country Practice in 1990. Minty withdrew from acting after finishing school and has worked as a jeweller in Sydney since the early 1990s.
