Biography
Emma Kennedy is an English actress, writer, comedian and television presenter. She was born Elizabeth Emma Williams on 28 May 1967 in Corby, Northamptonshire, and was educated at Hitchin Girls' School and St Edmund Hall, University of Oxford.
She has appeared in television comedies including Jonathan Creek (1997), The Smoking Room (2004–2005), Notes on a Scandal (2006) and Not Going Out (2019), and voiced a character in Arthur Christmas (2011). Kennedy created and wrote the BBC sitcom The Kennedys (2015), adapted from her memoir The Tent, The Bucket and Me.
