Biography
Eric Cohen is an American television writer and producer. His credits include writing for Welcome Back, Kotter (1975–1979) and serving as supervising producer on The Golden Girls (1988–1989), for which he also wrote two episodes in 1989.
He has written episodes for series including Amen (1987–1990), The Nanny (1994–1995), Everybody Loves Raymond (1999), Becker (1999) and The Nanny. Cohen received Primetime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Comedy Series for his work on Welcome Back, Kotter (1976) and The Golden Girls (1989).
