Biography
Eric Schlumberger was a Swiss actor, producer and writer. Born in Geneva in 1932, he appeared as Luigi in Jean-Luc Godard’s Vivre sa vie (1962).
He produced Le soleil dans l’œil (1962) and was associate producer on Costa-Gavras’s Z (1969). He also wrote and directed a segment of Chance at Love (1964).
Schlumberger was married to the writer Ghislaine Schoeller. He died in Ribeauvillé, France, in 2018.
