Biography
Eric W. Phillips is an American writer. Born and raised in Utah, he is an alumnus of Utah Valley University’s theatre and cinema production programmes.
He began his career writing and directing the political comedy Fox News the Musical in Los Angeles. Phillips worked as a writers’ assistant on The Umbrella Academy (2019) and For All Mankind (2019–), and as a writers’ production assistant on Altered Carbon (2018). He advanced to staff writer on For All Mankind and has written episodes including “The Sands of Ares” (co-written with Joe Menosky, 2022) and “Leningrad” (2023). He has also contributed to the series’ news report webisodes.
