Biography
Erik LaRay Harvey is an American actor. He graduated from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University in 1991.
Harvey is known for his roles as Dunn Purnsley in the HBO series Boardwalk Empire (2011–2013) and Willis Stryker / Diamondback in the Netflix series Marvel's Luke Cage (2016). Other credits include Twister (1996), Rounders (1998), K-PAX (2001) and Can You Ever Forgive Me? (2018) as Agent Solanas. He has appeared in multiple episodes of the Law & Order franchise and as Del Chance in Godfather of Harlem (2019–). He received a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination for Boardwalk Empire.
