Biography
Esther Garrel is a French actress. She was born in Paris on 18 February 1991 and is the daughter of director Philippe Garrel and actress Brigitte Sy, the sister of actor Louis Garrel and the granddaughter of actor Maurice Garrel.
Garrel began appearing in films as a child and has worked frequently with her father. Her early roles include parts in 17 Girls (2011) and House of Pleasures (2011). She played Marzia in Luca Guadagnino’s Call Me by Your Name (2017) and appeared in Lover for a Day (2017), directed by her father.
