Biography
Eugene Solfanelli is an American actor and stunt performer. He portrayed Mirti in the 2024 HBO series The Penguin. He also appeared as Mohawk in the series Gotham (2014), where he worked as a stunt player.
Solfanelli has performed stunts on numerous television series, including FBI: Most Wanted (2020–2023), The Equalizer (2021–2022), Only Murders in the Building (2025) and Power Book II: Ghost (2023). He is credited as stunt driver on the forthcoming film The Whisper Man (2026). Additional acting roles include appearances in Day of the Fight (2023) and FBI: Most Wanted (2024).
Based in New York, Solfanelli holds an MFA in Acting from Brooklyn College and has taught stage combat at AMDA since 2016. A martial artist for over thirty-five years, he has multiple black belts and more than twenty years of professional acting experience.
