Biography
Fabrice Gobert is a French director and screenwriter. He studied business at EDHEC and cinema at the Sorbonne Nouvelle before working as an assistant director.
His feature debut, Simon Werner a disparu... (2010, also known as Lights Out), was selected for Un Certain Regard at Cannes and nominated for a César for best first film. Gobert created and directed the supernatural series The Returned (Les Revenants, 2012–2015), which won an International Emmy for Best Drama Series.
Subsequent credits include directing and writing K.O. (2017) and directing the series Mytho (Mythomaniac, 2019–2021) and La Maison (2024).
