Biography
Fanni Metelius is a Swedish actor, screenwriter and film director. Born in Gothenburg on 12 June 1987, she is the niece of actor Suzanne Reuter. She studied at Fridhems folkhögskola, Broby grafiska and film directing at the University of Gothenburg.
Metelius began with short films including Unruly (Banga inte, 2011) and worked as assistant director on We Are the Best! (2013). She played Fanny in Force Majeure (2014) and was nominated for a Guldbagge Award for best supporting actress. She wrote, directed, edited and starred as Mika in her feature debut The Heart (2018).
