Biography
Fawn Veerasunthorn is a Thai film director and animator. She began her career in animation after studying at the Columbus College of Art and Design, and joined Walt Disney Animation Studios in 2011 as a story artist.
She contributed as a storyboard artist or story artist to Disney films including Frozen (2013), Zootopia (2016), Moana (2016) and Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018). Veerasunthorn served as head of story on Raya and the Last Dragon (2021). She co-directed Wish (2023) with Chris Buck, and was recognised by the Thai government as the first Thai artist to direct a Disney animated feature.
