Biography
Fayssal Bazzi is a Lebanese-Australian actor. Born in Beirut in 1982, he moved to Australia with his family at the age of three. He began his career in theatre in the early 2000s before moving into screen roles.
Bazzi is known for his performances in the television series Stateless (2020), for which he won the AACTA Award for Best Lead Actor in a Television Drama, Mr Inbetween (2018) as Nasir, Shantaram (2022) and The Artful Dodger (2023). His film credits include Late Night with the Devil (2024) as Christou, Peter Rabbit (2018), 6 Days (2017) and Black Site (2022). He has received AACTA nominations for supporting roles in The Merger (2018) and Measure for Measure (2020), and a further nomination for Late Night with the Devil.
