Biography
Fernando Albizu is a Spanish actor. Born in Vitoria-Gasteiz in 1963, he studied architecture and fashion design and worked as a teacher of design before entering acting via costume design for a cabaret group in Madrid.
He has performed in film, television and theatre since the mid-1990s. Notable screen roles include the machinist in Pan's Labyrinth (2006), Andrés in Fat People (2009) and Román in The Good Boss (2021). His performance in the latter earned a nomination for the Goya Award for Best Supporting Actor and a win at the Actors and Actresses Union Awards.
Albizu has also held recurring parts in series such as Casi perfectos (2004–2005) and Doctor Mateo (2009–2011).
