Biography
Field Cate is an American actor and musician. Born on 22 July 1997 in Burlington, Vermont, he began acting professionally at the age of five.
He is best known for portraying young Ned in the fantasy comedy-drama series Pushing Daisies (2007–2009), a role that earned him a Young Artist Award nomination. He also appeared in guest roles on Without a Trace (2006) and Cold Case (2008), and provided the voice of Buddha in the films Space Buddies (2009) and Santa Buddies (2009).
Cate later pursued music as lead singer and guitarist of the rock band Fencer.
