Biography
Florence Faivre is a French-Thai actress and model. Born Florence Vanida Faivre on 8 June 1983 in Bangkok, Thailand, she grew up partly in Aix-en-Provence, France, before moving with her family to Thailand at the age of eight.
She began her career at thirteen as a host of the Thai television programmes Teen Talk and E for Teen. After completing high school, she made her film debut in the lead role in The Siam Renaissance (2004), receiving a Suphannahong Award nomination for best actress.
Faivre later moved to New York and has appeared in several films and television series. Her credits include guest roles in The Following (2014) and Alpha House (2014), a recurring part as Sinara in Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2017–2018), and the role of Julie Mao in The Expanse (2015–2018).
