Biography
Fran Harris is a screenwriter and television series creator. She has a background in development and distribution at Warner Bros, Universal Pictures and 20th Century Fox.
Harris co-wrote the first season of the BBC police drama Blue Lights (2023) with Declan Lawn and Adam Patterson. She has also written episodes for the series and contributed to the writers' rooms for Clean Sweep (2023) and North Sea Connection (2022). She is developing the relationship drama series Yes! with 925 Productions, supported by RTÉ and Screen Ireland, and is adapting Alex Hay’s novel The Housekeepers for Miramax.
