Biography
Fran Richter is a writer, producer and actress. She grew up in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and holds a B.S. in Film/TV from Boston University.
She is known for her work on the HBO series Insecure (2016), where she served as staff writer, story editor and co-producer, and wrote episodes including "Lowkey Done" (2020) and "Chillin', Okay?!" (2021). She also appeared in the series as Perky Girl and a waitress.
Richter has written and produced episodes of Rap Sh!t (2022) and Flatbush Misdemeanors (2021).
