Biography
Frances Raymond (1869–1961) was an American actress. She began her career on the stage before appearing in films from 1915, initially in supporting roles during the silent era.
In the sound era she took mostly smaller, often uncredited parts. She is credited as Mrs. Jones, Her Mother in Buster Keaton’s Seven Chances (1925) and appeared in films including The Awful Truth (1937), You Can’t Take It with You (1938) and Morning Glory (1933). Raymond was married to stage producer David Henderson.
