Biography
Franco Graziosi (1929–2021) was an Italian actor. He trained at the Accademia Nazionale d'Arte Drammatica in Rome, graduating in 1953, and began his career in the theatre company of the Piccolo Teatro di Milano. He appeared in around fifty productions there over four decades, many directed by Giorgio Strehler.
On screen he is known for roles in Many Wars Ago (1970), Duck, You Sucker (1971) as Governor Jaime, The Mattei Affair (1972), We Have a Pope (2011) as Cardinal Bollati and The Great Beauty (2013) as Conte Colonna. He was married to Esperia Pieralisi and was the father of actress Stefania Graziosi.
