Frank C. Agnone II is an American producer. Born on 24 June 1968 in San Diego, California, he has worked extensively in animation and television production.

He has been involved with the animated series South Park since its debut in 1997, serving in roles including supervising producer, line producer, post-production producer and executive producer across hundreds of episodes. Agnone produced the 1999 feature film South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut and served as co-producer on Team America: World Police (2004).

He has also produced South Park specials and video games, and received five Primetime Emmy Awards.
