Biography

Frank Mancuso Jr. is an American film producer. Born on 9 October 1958 in Buffalo, New York, he is the son of Frank Mancuso Sr., the former chairman and chief executive of Paramount Pictures and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer.

He began his career in the early 1980s and produced several sequels in the Friday the 13th series, including Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981) and Friday the 13th Part III (1982). He also co-created the television series Friday the 13th: The Series (1987–1990). Later credits include Species (1995), Cool World (1992), Internal Affairs (1990), Hoodlum (1997), Stigmata (1999) and Ronin (1998).
