Biography
Frank Otto was an American actor. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and died there in June 1963.
Otto appeared in films from the 1930s to the 1950s, including as Fisk (uncredited) in Mr. Smith Goes to Washington (1939) and as Eddie in Born Yesterday (1950). He had earlier worked in silent films and shorts.
He had an extensive career on Broadway, appearing in productions from 1903 onwards. He reprised his stage role as Eddie Brock in the 1950 film adaptation of Born Yesterday.
