Biography
Frankie Adams is a New Zealand actress of Samoan heritage. Born on 3 January 1994 in Savaiʻi, Samoa, she moved to New Zealand as a child and attended Auckland Girls' Grammar School.
Her first acting role was as Ula Levi in the New Zealand soap opera Shortland Street (2010–2015). She later appeared in the Australian series Wentworth (2016) and the film One Thousand Ropes (2017). In 2016 she was cast as Martian Marine Bobbie Draper in the science fiction series The Expanse, appearing in seasons two to six (2017–2022).
Adams has also featured in Mortal Engines (2018), The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart (2023), and is set to appear in Moana (2026) and The Wrecking Crew (2026). She has participated in amateur boxing, including a charity event.
