Biography
Frankie Boyle is a Scottish comedian, writer and actor. Born Francis Martin Patrick Boyle on 16 August 1972 in Pollokshaws, Glasgow, he studied at Langside College, Aston University and the University of Sussex.
He first gained recognition as a panellist on Mock the Week from 2005 to 2009. Boyle has appeared on panel shows including Would I Lie to You?, Taskmaster and Never Mind the Buzzcocks, and created series such as Frankie Boyle's Tramadol Nights and Frankie Boyle's New World Order. He guest-starred as the Cumber's Pies Spokesman in the BBC Scotland sketch series Burnistoun (2011).
