Biography
Frédéric de Pasquale (28 March 1931 – 17 December 2001) was a French actor. He appeared in around 50 films and television productions between 1960 and 2001.
After studying at the Institut des hautes études cinématographiques (IDHEC), he worked initially as a production designer on films including The Girl with the Golden Eyes (1961). He began acting in 1963, with an early leading role in La Belle Vie. He appeared in Le Pacha (1968), The French Connection (1971) as Henri Devereaux, and Happy New Year (1973).
Later credits include television work such as a role in the German series Lindenstraße (1989). He also wrote scripts for French television series under the pseudonym Clément Jullien.
