Biography
Fredro Starr is an American actor and rapper. Born Fred Lee Scruggs Jr. on 18 April 1971 in Queens, New York, he is a founding member of the hardcore rap group Onyx.
He made his screen debut in the 1993 HBO film Strapped and appeared as Go in Spike Lee's Clockers (1995). Subsequent film roles include Save the Last Dance (2001) and Torque (2004). Television credits encompass Moesha, The Wire and NYPD Blue.
