Biography
Fryars, whose real name is Benjamin Garrett, is an English musician, songwriter, producer and composer. Born in London on 11 November 1988, he began releasing music under the Fryars name in the late 2000s.
His artist albums include Dark Young Hearts (2009), Power (2014) and God Melodies (2021). As a composer he has scored the Channel 4 series Big Boys (2022–2025) and the TNT series Will (2017). He has also written and produced for artists including Lily Allen, Rae Morris and Mark Ronson, and co-wrote the song "Johanna" for the 2015 film Mortdecai.
