Fumiko Orikasa is a Japanese voice actress and singer. She was born on 27 December 1974 in Tokyo and is affiliated with Atomic Monkey.
She is known for voice roles including Chiyoko Fujiwara (10-20's) in Millennium Actress (2002), Rukia Kuchiki in Bleach (2004), Riza Hawkeye in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (2009), Shirley Fenette in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (2006) and Seras Victoria in Hellsing Ultimate (2006). She has also performed anime insert songs and character image songs.
