Biography
Gabriel Sherman is an American journalist, author and screenwriter. He is a special correspondent for Vanity Fair and previously served as national affairs editor at New York magazine. He is the author of the 2014 New York Times bestselling biography The Loudest Voice in the Room, about Fox News founder Roger Ailes.
Sherman wrote the screenplay for the 2024 film The Apprentice. He contributed to the adaptation of his book into the 2019 Showtime limited series The Loudest Voice and wrote episodes of the ABC drama series Alaska Daily (2022). He was born in 1979 in Newton, Massachusetts.
