Biography
Gao Xian, also credited as Xian Gao, Gao Xi'an or 高西安, is a Chinese actor and martial arts practitioner. He played Bo in Ang Lee's Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000) and served as the film's martial arts trainer.
Earlier credits include a supporting role in The Legend (1993). He has also worked as a stunt performer and choreographer on other productions. Born in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, he began training in martial arts as a child and has taught the discipline in China and the United States.
