Biography
Garland Whitt is an American actor. He was born on 18 December 1970 in the United States.
His film roles include John Artis in The Hurricane (1999), Kenny in Save the Last Dance (2001) and Crackhead #1 in Training Day (2001). Later credits include the Theatre Manager in Dolemite Is My Name (2019) and voice work as Quint in the animated series The Last Kids on Earth (2019–2021). Whitt has also appeared in guest roles on television series including The Cosby Show, Law & Order, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, The Shield and Justified.
