Biography
Gary Jones is a director, screenwriter, producer and visual effects supervisor. He made his directorial debut with the 1994 science fiction film Mosquito.
Jones has directed episodes of the television series Xena: Warrior Princess (1996), Hercules: The Legendary Journeys (1997), Honey, I Shrunk the Kids: The TV Show (1998) and Sheena (2001). His feature films include Spiders (2000), Crocodile 2: Death Swamp (2002), Boogeyman 3 (2008), selected by Sam Raimi and Sony Pictures, Ballistica (2009) and Axe Giant: The Wrath of Paul Bunyan (2013), which he also co-wrote and produced.
In 2021 he wrote, produced and directed the action film Escape from Death Block 13. Jones has received one award for his work.
