Biography
Geoffrey Carey is a Franco-American actor. Born in Hollywood in 1951, he is the son of American actor Philip Carey. He moved to France in the early 1970s and trained at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique in Paris.
Carey has appeared in numerous French films and television productions, including Holy Motors (2012) as Harry T-Bone, Photographer / Limousine (voice), The Big Blue (1988), Bitter Moon (1992), Kings & Queen (2004), The Woman in the Fifth (2011) and Annette (2021). He has also worked extensively in theatre under directors including Roger Planchon, Claude Régy and Thomas Jolly, and has provided dialogue coaching on several films.
