Biography

Georg Fenady was an American television director and producer. Born on 29 July 1930 in Toledo, Ohio, he began his career in the industry as a casting consultant on the western series The Rebel. He advanced to assistant director and associate producer roles on the war drama Combat! before making his directing debut on that series in 1965.

Fenady directed episodes of numerous action and drama series, including Mission: Impossible (1966), Garrison's Gorillas, Emergency!, Quincy, M.E., Knight Rider, Jake and the Fatman, Dragnet and Baywatch. He also directed the feature films Terror in the Wax Museum (1973) and Arnold (1973). He was married to Katherine Matthews and died on 29 May 2008 in Los Angeles, California.
