Biography
George Peppard was an American actor. He was born on 1 October 1928 in Detroit, Michigan, and died on 8 May 1994 in Los Angeles, California.
Peppard trained at Purdue University and Carnegie Mellon University before studying at the Actors Studio in New York. He appeared in Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961) as Paul Varjak, How the West Was Won (1962) as Zeb Rawlings, and The Blue Max (1966). On television he played Thomas Banacek in the series Banacek and John 'Hannibal' Smith in The A-Team (1983).
