Biography
Gerrit van der Meer is a Dutch film and television producer and unit production manager. Born in Rotterdam in 1950, he trained at the Netherlands Film Academy.
He has worked on Hollywood productions since 1980. His credits include associate producer on Sleepers (1996) and extensive work on the series House (2004–2012) as producer, co-executive producer and unit production manager. He has also produced episodes of Felicity, The Blacklist, Hemlock Grove and Greenleaf.
Van der Meer received four Primetime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Drama Series for his work on House.
