Biography
Gianna Giachetti is an Italian actress born on 24 July 1935 in Sesto Fiorentino, Tuscany. She trained at the Accademia Nazionale d'Arte Drammatica Silvio D'Amico in Rome, graduating in 1957.
She has appeared in films including Ovosodo (1997), Bagnomaria (1999), Tea with Mussolini (1999) and as the cafe owner in Certified Copy (2010). Giachetti has also worked extensively in theatre from 1954 to 2018 and in television series such as Don Matteo.
She is the first cousin once removed of actor Fosco Giachetti and the mother of actor Martino Duane.
