Biography
Gideon Yago is an American television writer and former news correspondent. Born on 19 February 1978 in Madison, Wisconsin, he graduated from Columbia University with a degree in history and began working for MTV News in 2000, covering politics, music and current affairs.
Yago later moved into scripted television, serving as a staff writer on HBO's The Newsroom (2012). His subsequent credits include story editor and writer roles on Manhattan (2014), Quantico (2015–2018), Narcos (2016) and The Mosquito Coast (2021), where he also worked as a producer.
