Biography
Gigi Edgley is an Australian actress and singer. She was born in Perth on 16 November 1977 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queensland University of Technology in 1998. She is the daughter of theatre, concert and circus promoter Michael Edgley.
Edgley is best known for her role as Chiana in the science fiction series Farscape (1999–2003). She originally appeared in a single episode but was retained for the remainder of the series and promoted to the main cast at the start of the second season, appearing in 68 episodes in total. She reprised the role in the miniseries Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars (2004).
Her other television credits include guest roles in The Lost World (1999), BeastMaster (1999 and 2002), The Secret Life of Us (2003) and Stingers (2004). She has also worked as a recording artist.
