Biography
Glen Whitman is an American television writer and professor of economics at California State University, Northridge, where he has taught since 2000. He holds a PhD in economics from New York University.
Whitman began working in television as a science advisor on the series Fringe (2008) with his writing partner Robert Chiappetta. He later served as executive story editor and contributed multiple scripts to the show. He has also written episodes for Matador (2014), The Strain (2014), The Blacklist: Redemption (2017), Debris (2021) and The Lost Symbol (2021).
