Biography
Glenn Farr was an American film and television editor. He worked on feature films from the 1970s onwards and received an Academy Award for Best Film Editing, shared with four colleagues, for The Right Stuff (1983).
His other editing credits include Fatso (1980), Runaway (1984), Commando (1985), Nothing in Common (1986), The Serpent and the Rainbow (1988), Career Opportunities (1991), Akeelah and the Bee (2006) and Brokedown Palace (1999, additional editing). On television he edited more than thirty episodes of The Mentalist (2008–2012) as well as episodes of Rome, Nashville and Wayward Pines.
Farr died on 25 May 2023.
