Biography
Gordon Kennedy is a Scottish actor, presenter and narrator. Born on 22 February 1958 in Glasgow, he grew up in Tranent, East Lothian, and attended George Watson's College in Edinburgh before studying at the Scottish School of Physical Education at Jordanhill College, now part of the University of Strathclyde.
He first rose to prominence in the Channel 4 sketch show Absolutely. His television credits include the role of Little John in the BBC series Robin Hood (2006–2009) and Sergeant Bruce Hornsby in Red Cap (2003–2004). He has also appeared in Sherlock (2010) as Gary, T2 Trainspotting (2017) as Tulloch, Skins (2007) as Alan Precopp, The Diplomat (2023) as Marcus, The Spanish Princess (2019) as John Stewart, Red Dwarf (1988) as Hudzen, Death in Paradise (2011) as Stanley Drake, The Borderlands (2014) as Deacon, Being Human (2009) as Brendan and Vera (2011) as Eddie.
