Biography
Gordon McCorkell is a Scottish actor. Born in 1983 in Barrhead, Renfrewshire, he trained with PACE Youth Theatre until 2002.
He is best known for playing Derek 'Deek' Henderson in the BBC Scotland soap opera River City from 2002 to 2012, with a further appearance in 2023. He appeared as Joe, Winston's grandson, in the pilot episode of Still Game (2002), and had roles in Chewin' the Fat (1999–2000) and as David in the children's drama Jeopardy (2002–2005).
