Biography
Gordon Rayfield is an American television writer. He contributed to the NBC series Law & Order, writing the third-season episode 'Skin Deep' and providing the story and teleplay for the fourth-season episode 'Profile'.
Rayfield has worked extensively in daytime television. He served as head writer on All My Children (2002–2003), associate head writer on Another World (1998–1999) and Days of Our Lives (2006–2008), and in writing roles on As the World Turns (2008–2010) and One Life to Live. He also wrote episodes of CBS Schoolbreak Special and the teleplay for the 2002 television film Our America.
Rayfield has received Writers Guild of America Awards for his work on All My Children (2004) and As the World Turns (2011), as well as a WGA Award for a children's script. He has earned multiple Daytime Emmy Award nominations for drama series writing.
