Biography
Graham Norton, born Graham William Walker on 4 April 1963 in Clondalkin, County Dublin, Ireland, is an Irish comedian, actor and broadcaster. He trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London.
Norton first gained public recognition for his role as the hyperactive Father Noel Furlong in three episodes of the Channel 4 sitcom Father Ted (1996–1998). He went on to host chat shows including So Graham Norton (1998–2002) and The Graham Norton Show (2007–present) on BBC One, for which he has won multiple BAFTA Television Awards for Best Entertainment Performance.
He has also presented on BBC Radio 2, commentated on the Eurovision Song Contest for the BBC, and appeared in films including Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga (2020) and voiced a character in Soul (2020).
