Biography
Grant Rosenberg (born 3 December 1952) is an American television writer, producer and former executive. He began his career in development at NBC, Paramount Television and the Walt Disney Studios, where he held senior vice-president roles and contributed to series including MacGyver, Cheers and The Golden Girls, as well as miniseries such as Shōgun and The Winds of War.
Transitioning to writing and producing, Rosenberg wrote episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation (1992), MacGyver (1989–1991), Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman (1994–1997) and The Outer Limits (1995–2002). He created the series Time Trax (1993–1994) and later worked as a writer and producer on Poltergeist: The Legacy, Lost Girl (2010–2012) and Bitten (2013–2014). He has also written novels, including the Gideon trilogy.
Rosenberg is married to actress Marjorie Monaghan.
