Biography
Gregg Kavet is an American screenwriter and director. He grew up in Wayland, Massachusetts, attended Wayland High School and graduated from Harvard University. He lives in Los Angeles.
Kavet worked on the NBC series Seinfeld for several seasons, writing episodes in collaboration with Andy Robin, including 'The Jimmy', 'The Hot Tub', 'The Caddy', 'The Bottle Deposit', 'The Fatigues', 'The Comeback', 'The Nap' and 'The Slicer'. 'The Fatigues' won the 1997 Writers Guild of America Award for best television comedy. With Robin, he wrote and directed the feature film Live Free or Die (2006) and the book Saving Face (2005).
