Biography
Gregg Ostrin is a screenwriter, playwright and television writer. A native of Los Angeles, he wrote on the NBC series Wind on Water and on the final season of Xena: Warrior Princess in 1999.
He has sold feature films to studios including 20th Century Fox, Sony Pictures, Sony Animation, Amazon and Disney. His most recent film sale was The Garden of Eden to Disney Studios and producer Devon Franklin. He has also sold numerous television pilots to networks including Lifetime, Amazon and ABC.
Ostrin’s stage credits include the Off-Broadway production of the murder mystery farce Truffles in 2020. His musical Soul of Motown has run at the StageWest Theater in Calgary, with plans for a London opening.
